Make refund receipt optional

When completing a standard transaction we are shown the receipt print dialog asking "How would the customer like their receipt?". However when completing a refund this option isn't available and a receipt is always printed automatically.

Most customers never want a receipt, so I would like to avoid printing them unnecessarily. Can the receipt dialog be shown for refunds as well?

  Even I believe it is a basic requirement saving on paper usage as well. Would be better if Aronium team look into it. In fact it would be better at least if an option is available in setting itself to set this off or on.

  Print dialog is now displayed after refund and refund print is optional with version 1.43.
