Incomplete receipt print
Hi thanks for the great application but I got this problem we sold 25 items with discount, it didn't print the full receipt, the printer type is pos-80c I have no idea either the problem is with printer or its with the application, regards waiting for answer.

Can you please double check what is set for your printer paper size? It should be similar to screenshot below. If you can find these settings, make sure it has long enough paper set, so it can print any long receipts.

If this doesn't help, you can try switching to "ESC/POS" printer type (as described here), as it is using "ESC/POS" protocol and this shouldn't be happening in that case.
You can test receipt from "Sales history", simply reprint receipt to see if it prints correctly after making these changes.

There are two things to try:
- Update to the latest version if you are not already there, as it contains some changes related to roll paper printers (you can download latest version from https://www.aronium.com/en/download)
- Switch to "ESC/POS" printer type as described here
