    We were able to open your database without problems on both 1.22.2 and 1.23.1 versions.

    From your screenshot, it seems that there was an issue with database update, so, we will create a ticket on behalf of you to see what may be the problem, and we'll continue our discussion there.

    Hi Michael,

    Please check your inbox, we have sent you an email with our observations and further instructions.

    For any other users that may experience the same issue, in case database migration fails for any reason, your data should be safe. Database is automatically backed up before an update, so you can revert to previous version anytime.

    Hello... i had this experience but its a simple one... if you have the older version installed on any of the networked stations and run an update with the new networked version, all the remaining or old versions will not work unless it's updated. That's how i solved my own
