Customer Display on 2nd Monitor

I know you support the Text based customer display via the small 20x2,24x2... lcd module.

I see alot of companies manufacturing POS systems with 2x screens these days. One in front for the terminal and one directly mounted at the back which is used for the customer. These are both normal computer LCD screens.

It can perhaps have a welcome message or even advertisement slideshow. Once the sale starts it can display to the customer what is added to the cart as the items get added with the total amount ofcourse.

    Hi guys, sorry for the late reply. I was able to test again and so far the developer was able to make it stable. For your advertising screen, you can automatically run VLC player either slideshow or movie. So far so good. But this aint free one time payment $29. Thats the bad news. You can email them to check for a demo video and make a purchase swizzleliciousph@gmail.com

    Best feature is, fully customizable, the VFD price display only appears when there is order. After tendering, it can be set to auto disapear or to stay. Can also be positioned top, bottom, center and colors can be changed as well.

    Aronium how many votes does it need because I also want this feature and can't have my customer view their sale on my extended display like I want it to.

    I have had 2 complaints of people having wrong orders.

    Please add the function

    To  Aronium Team,

    We strongly urge you to prioritize the development and release of a dedicated Customer Display feature for the POS system.

    It has been many years, and most modern POS solutions now offer customer display as a standard function. Its absence is creating a significant operational gap for many clients.

    Implementing this feature will be highly beneficial, as it will drastically reduce confusion regarding order totals, item pricing, and change due. This results in significant time savings during every transaction, improving both staff efficiency and the overall customer experience.

    Please treat the addition of this essential feature with the highest priority.

    It features:

    • A display area for the punched item
    • A list of the cart
    • Totals Area for all the listed items in the cart
    • A Video area to display videos in a loop from a folder

    Hello i'dont know why i use putty to show it s not my probleme for now my clients are happy to see product but discount or if i edit quantity or remove product it doesnt show

    literally i jsut finished my open source 2nd screen anbd you can use a phone or tablet or other computer cause it uses an electron app that host a mini server with ip local

    Many thanks to the development team for implementing the secondary / customer display feature.

    One request if possible please. Currently when the customer display is launched without advertisement media, the window opens on the secondary monitor but it doesn't open in full-screen mode. Would it be possible to change it so that it opens in maximised window format on the secondary monitor as soon as Aronium starts? Thanks
