Change money is not displayed properly in receipt

Hello,

Change money is not displayed correctly on the receipt, on the Aronium app the change money is displayed correctly on the screen, lets say customer pay with 50 for a product that costs 30, aronium shows that I should give back 20 to customer, but on the receipt it says total: 30, paid 30, change 0.

I tried changing the language to english and deleted localizations text but problem still persists.

I’ve got latest version installed, not sure if im the only one with this issue or anyone else having this issue aswell?

  Hi Qball829,

  Change is printed only after the sale, if you re-print receipt from sales history, change will not be printed, as transaction is already completed. Change is not preserved in database, only paid amounts are.

  Can you confirm that change is printed correctly when you print receipt directly after a sale is made and not from sales history?

  Hello,

  That is indeed the case, printed receipt from history doesn’t show change money, didn’t know that it’s supposed to work like that. Thanks for the reply!
