i dificult to use my barcode scanner in aronium,i don't know hot to use it 
can iany one tell me how to use that oer setting it

  Great Question.
  Can we just scan an item and it adds it directly to the sale screen? The repeat until all items are scanned.
  or do we need to process something first.
  
  Also is every barcode created by Aronium unique?
  
  Also what is we get an item from a supplier? Can we scan that to Add it to our own inventory?
  Or do we add the item then scan the barcode to put this item in the barcode section.

  The reason I ask is I would like to buy a scanner but dont want to get one and find it doesnt do what I assume it should do

  Hi everyone,

  Here are some answers, we hope you'll find them helpful.

  First, barcode scanner works like a keyboard. It reads the code and enters it in search box. The only thing you should make sure is that sends ENTER key after the scan, most barcode scanners do, or can be programmed to do so.

  So, once you have your barcodes entered, all you need to do is select barcode search type and scan your barcode. If there is a product with that barcode, it will be added to the sale automatically.

  Q: "Also is every barcode created by Aronium unique?"
  A: Barcodes generated by Aronium are using timestamp, something like YYYYMMDDHHSS, and they are in EAN13 format, with checksum code added. So, in your store, it will be unique unless you generate multiple barcodes at exact same moment in time.

  Or do we add the item then scan the barcode to put this item in the barcode section."
  A: No, you cannot scan barcode to add it to inventory. You need to create a product and add barcode in "barcode" field.

  So, the only thing you care about is barcodes types (like EAN13, EAN8, etc), and if your scanner can read the barcodes provided by your suppliers.

  So If I get a new product, I can scan the suppliers bar code to add it to my own product information barcode, and then use theirs from then on??

  Yes, exactly.

  All you have to do is scan original barcode you got from supplier with barcode field focused, as in the screenshot below.

  HEY  MY BARCODE SCANNER DOES NOT WORK.

  WHEN I ADD A PRODUCT I SCAN THE BARCODE IN THE BARCODE FIELD IT JUST SENDS ENTER THEN THE PRODUCT IS SAVED WITHOUT BARCODE.

  I TRIED TO ENTER IT MANUALLY IN SALE IT DOESN'T SHOW ANYTHING .

  PS: I HAVE ANOTHER POS PROGRAM AND THE SCANNER WORKS PERFECTLY

  i have given my own unique barcode-like 100001, 100002,.. to 100699. And I have used the Codabar format of barcode. my scanner scans almost of the barcode but it does not scan some barcodes. What might be the problem?

  With BARECODE SCAN Aronium put quantity 2 instead of 1..
  is there any setting issue ??
  i have another Pos billing soft on which it scans and show right quanity
  request to resolve the issue plz

  You need to program your bar code scanner, search on the model configuration you will find a bar code that you need to scan to configure it: like (Add CR Suffix ) (Add Tab Suffix ) in your case you need to scan this code (Remove Suffix )

  as per your direction I remove Suffix but problem still persist..
  i am using another billing software also, on which it gives quantity one..
  even on Aronium Barecode Search in gives quantity one , But on ALL SEARCH option when i scan the code it show quantity 2
