Customer Display Issues

My customer display keep displaying 1 without the amount. 

When I click payment it will only show “Total:” the amount is not appearing. 

Please help!

  Hi Emmy,

  Please double check what number is set for "Number of characters", it should match the length (number of characters in a single line) on your customer display.
