Hi Admin Team,

 

I need your help around the error im getting below, please see prtsc bellow;

I have also noticed that the Data folder goes missing. it has happened twice.

  Hi Thomas,

  Is it possible that you have installed networking version in the same directory where standalone (free) version was installed or vice versa?

  Hi,

  Nope i installed it on a brand new windows 10 Computer. I will try and restart the process once again. as i have an urgency around the matter.

  I also noticed that the Data Folder has gone missing.

  Hi Team,

  After alot of playing around on the app I fi ally found what's wrong.

  After installing notes onto the server or any workstation the system gives the above error.

  Hi Thomas,

  Thank you for your patience and finding what is causing the error. Regarding notes plugin, there is a networking version of notes plugin, as networking version us using different database then standalone one, so they are not compatible.

  You can download notes plugin at https://www.aronium.com/en/features/notes. Make sure you download networking plugin, as in the screenshot below.
