    Hi Muhammad,

We have double checked this, it seems to be working as expected. If you are not logged in as an admin (user with the highest access level) then you can assign access level that matches yours (currently logged in user), not higher than that. so, if your access level is "0", you will not be able to assign any higher access level to any user than "0".

Can you please try to log in with a user who has the higher (or highest) access level set and try again?

    Thanks, Aronium team.

    Hi Remigius,

After you assign access levels to users, you need to set appropriate access levels to your sections you want to restrict. By default, all sections requires level 0, and we believe this is the reason why your users are not restricted.

Please, read instructions at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001375609-Setting-up-access-level carefully, there are examples available.

    Best regards, Aronium team.

It was already assigned 5 and newer update messed it up and still not working as expected, I am logged in with admin account and assigned level 5 for additional new user. to double check logged in with the new user account he can see all management data, cost price, all documents. it's a nightmare when your part timer staff gets all your company information.

Could you please double check and update this latest update issue.

    Thank you
