Order Syncing between users / floor plan color shows green to other users

Hi 

i have question regarding users orders syncing in floor plans.

i have a restaurant with different users, each user can entertain customer and have his own login information.

if "user 1" login from his account and take order (on Table 5), instead of closing the order he save it and it save in system as a Round-1, and logged out, after few minutes same customer (Table5) ask for another product (e.g. wine) but "user 1" is not available so "user 2" will take the order and when he open the floor plan "Table5" is shows as GREEN instead of RED.  So if "user 2" take the order he can charge only the last order of (Table 5) which is wine only, but round 1 charge which was done by user 1 can't charge.

in short my question is "why floor plan not shows table 5 as RED as it was already occopied by the customer, each and every users should see the Table if it is occupied or not by COLOR not only to see open sales feature.

see attached examples.

Here Table # 20 is occupied by the customer but it is not visible to other user as RED

in the user Table 20 should shows color red to know that it is occupied by the customer

  We have added this change to version 1.29. You will be able to see tables owned by other users in different color and with a warning if you try to use the table that is already used by another user.

  Hi Mo,

  As you already know, logged in user can see his occupied tables only. What you suggested makes sense, and I believe other users would feel the same and would benefit of this functionality.

  We are discussing this change internally and if we decide to implement this per your suggestion, we'll update this thread with an estimated date.

  Also, we'll move this post to feature requests, so other users can vote, too.

  It would be great, if we can switch mode of syncing floor plan. Because sometimes I use floor plan feature as table slots for waiters. And I believe that "some orders on 1 table" feature will be added too

  Please most my customer using aronium are asking me if aronium can be connected to tabs so that they won't be using docket for their order and ones the order is taken by a waiter they will be able to see the order in the system. Seriously if the aronium team can work on this i will be very happy cause I have loss some of my customers because of this issue thanks you guys are the best.
