Receipt printing strange font and drawer not open

Hi guys , I’m trying to setup Senor GTP-180 thermal printer & drawer . The receipts keep been printed in strange fonts . I’ve reinstalled drivers a few times but still no luck . This is exactly the software I’ve been looking for it’s everything need I need but definitely need the drawer to open and receipt . ( I’ve tried loads of codes for drawer to open but no luck ) Hope to hear from you soon :)

  Hi Richie,

  Aronium can print receipts in two different modes, ESC/POS and standard Windows print (via printer driver). Try switching these modes and see if one of them works with your printer.

  2. For Windows print see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003406071-Setting-up-POS-58-80-printer

  If none of these works, please share some more details of a photo of the receipt, that may be helpful.

  Regarding the drawer, it works via receipt printer, so, if receipt printer is compatible with cash drawer, it should be a matter of sending correct command to the printer, which will be then sent to a drawer. Just in case you've missed it, you can find some drawer codes at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002486449-Cash-Drawer (see the bottom of the page for table with codes).
  If you cannot find your model there, the best we can suggest is consulting your dealer for correct codes and instructions.
