Crashes with big number of products
The software keeps crashing after I imported 20,000 products, and it even doesn't open, what causes that behavior ?

Number of products should not cause the crash. It may slow some operations down, but, again, should not cause application crash. It may be that something is wrong with some of the products, but we need more info to tell what may be causing this.
We will open a support ticket on behalf of you for this so we can investigate this further, hope you don't mind.
