Updating Stock Quantities through CSV

How do I update stock quantities using the import advanced csv option? It only accepts addition. Is there a way to reduce stock count using a csv file instead of manually adding through the inventory document?

  Ability to choose between Purchase and Inventory count documents on products import is available with version 1.38.

  Add a column to your CSV titled "Quantity" & use the Advanced Import opotion on the product import page. Scroll on that Advanced Import page and you will see an option for Quantity
