Am not seeing option to extend my subscription , it is expiring today so is it possible to renew it or extend it before it expires or l have to wait for it to expire first.

  Hi Showline,

  You do not need to renew anything manually, it is set to auto-renew every month. Your PayPal subscription is renewed and active.
  All you have to do is to make sure your PayPal account is OK and credit card associated with it has enough funds and is not expired.
