E invoice problem from ZATCA
Answeredyesterday came officials for checking and aronium software generated invoice not working in VAT software, they suggested us to fix the issue asap or will be penalized.
if vat registered or not when scan the qr it should show the details in ZATCA's official VAT software.
(other software generated qr is working if vat registered or not, please check the screen shots)

Hi Ismail,
It seems that ZATCA's application requires you to have TRN entered, even if it is set as "0".
Please try to set your TRN to any value, for example "0", as in the screenshot below and try scanning the QR code using ZATCA's application again, it should work as expected.
