Receipt printing according to what you entered

Hi all

Regards   From Costa Rica 

 

I recently began using this great POS software and my question that I have is that, if I’m able to print my receipt base on the order I created the invoice , every time I print the receipt it prints all items in alphabetical order and I prefer to print it according my needs

  Hi Gus,

  Yes, you are. All you have to do is to turn "Merge items in receipt" option OFF, as in the screenshot below.

  

  This option is used to merge the same items in a single line, and it is the one that sorts items alphabetically. With this option turned OFF, items should print in the receipt in the same order you have added them to the sale.
