I need more options with opening programs and security options for closing programs.

1. Is it possible? That will add an option in settings that makes the program start automatically and full screen. when turning on the computer

     If item 1 can do I would like to add the right to exit the program. Minimize the program window or switch to other programs and shutdown the computer? I don't want anyone who isn't admin shutting down programs, switching programs to the Internet, or turning off my computer. 

2. I want to have a system to delete orders for people with Lv lower than admin, for example, can be deleted, but there will be a history of deletions. with reason for deletion

  U can setup all the settings as u neex in the management> users & settings > assinged the security level
