Ability to Add a custom message/description in each item line
For example item is: Rent for Construction Equipment, custom message is, From 1st of month to 15th
This custom message keep changing with every sale.

I hire vans on day/week/month hire, I use the notes function to add this sort of information, although this doesn't print directly under the lined item, it still shows on the invoice if the customer wants this information on there. I make sure my invoices are dated the same day the hire started so that I can find paperwork if I need to. Hope this helps for now..

Unfortunately it doesn't work for me. I have multiple items on each invoice and the description may vary from one to other. Notes doesn't have a proper presentation on the invoice, it prints on the invoice in a non-formatted way at the bottom of the invoice, so it doesn't work for my scenario.
