Data unable to restore
I couldn't restore my data in the standalone version to another new laptop even though I have uploaded the pos.db into it.
The system pop up some errors which I have sent to support team.
Any advise on this matter?
or How to restore the data if I couldn't switch on my previous PC to get the data?
Could I transfer the data from my hardisk to the new PC? What are the procedure? I have tried to search all the help support article but still unable to solve it.
Please advise on it.

We have replied to your support ticket, just in case anyone has the similar problem, we'll post the answer here, too.
It is possible that the database backup is corrupted and it cannot be used for restore. There may be a way to fix the corrupted database, and, even if the chances are small, it is worth trying. If you wish, you can send us the corrupted database backup file via support ticket and we will try to fix it.
Otherwise, the best thing you can do is to restore from the first previous backup, if you have any.
