Searching the transaction
Searching the transaction is very difficult. You have to have the barcode receipt number. I wish there was a way that you could search the transaction by entering the product name the reason why I said that sometimes customers bring the item back without the receipt. And finding the transaction without the receipt is very hard.

Making a refund without a receipt should not be the case and we plan to restrict this in the future in order to improve control and validation of this process.
However, until we do that, you can simply add a product you wish to refund and press Refund button from the sale scree and refund it without the need to search for product at all.
