Price lists plugin comes as a separate installation and can be downloaded from www.aronium.com/en/features/price-lists.

Price lists plugin requires a subscription. You can find more info on how to activate a trial here.View price lists
To view and manage price lists, open Management section and select Price lists.
Price lists management screen contains the following sections:
- Available Price lists
- Product groups filter
- Selected price list items
Create new price list
To create new price list select New price list button.
Flyout opens where you can enter price list name and if promotions should be applied when price list is used in sales.
Update price list
To update price list, select the one you wish to update in the list and click Edit button. You can change the name of the price list and the option if promotions should be applied when this price list is used in sales.
Restart required
If you are changing promotion rules on a price list currently used in sales, you may need to restart the application for changes to take effect.Copy price list
To copy price list, select the one you wish to copy and press Copy price list.
A wizard that will guide you thru new price list creation, with the below steps.
Price list name
First screen you see is price list name. Enter the name for the new price list and click Next.
Price change
You can specify price change for the new price list in this screen. Youchoose if you wish to increase or decrease the prices and you can specify the rounding (decimal places).
Once you have selected desired options, click Next.
Product groups
In this screen you can select what product groups will be affected with previously selected price change. If product group is not selected, it will inherit default product prices.
Summary
This page will show you a sumary of your choices. You can double check if everyting is ready and click Start to create new price list.
Progress screen
You will see this screen while your changes are being applied. Depending on number of selected groups and products, this can take up to 20 or 30 seconds to complete.
Finish
Once complete, you will see the confirmatoin screen that your new price list is created.
Bulk price editing
To edit prices in bulk (editing multiple products at the same time) by increasing or decreasing prices by a specified percentage, use Edit prices option.
To edit prices, select price list you wish to change and click Edit prices button.
A wzard simlilar to the one described above in Copy price list section appears, so you can choose the price change and for which product groups the change will be applied.
Changing product prices
To change the price for selected price list, simply select the price cell and start typing new price. You can change price and markup directly in the grid, similar to how you do it in Excel.
You can use jeyboard to confirm and quickly navigate prices:

If you wish to see or edit prices for all price lists for selected product, select a product in the list and click Product prices button or simply double click on product name cell.
A dialog will appear with all prices for selected product. Here, you can directly change the markup or prices for all price lists for this product without selecting specific price lists separately.
To edit a price or markup, select the cell and start typing, or double click on sell value.
Inherited prices
If you create new price list by following Create new price list steps, prices will inherit default product prices. This means these items in your price list still don't have explicit price set, but are using default product prices. These products are marked with an exclamation mark.
First time you change the price for these products in the price list, they will stop inheriting default prices and will be using explicit prices set for their price list.
Copying price list and default prices
If you copy price list, there will be no inherited prices and all products in copied price list will have explicit prices set.
