How to print reports on till slip instead of A4 page

  Hi Nazma,

  Unfortunately, it is not possible at this moment, reports from management section can be printed on A4 only (or saved to PDF or other format).

  Some reports can be printed during closing the register (end of day), along with Z report, like sold items and user cash out.

  What reports would you like to have on receipt printer? Also, do you need to print reports manually from "Management / Reporting" section or you need to print some additional reports during closing the register process?

  Thank for replying I would like to print sales per group at the end of day also stock on hand report

  I am new to this system so trying to find my way sales show on monitor but if I print it doesn't show on slip don't know what I'm doing wrong

  Please, help me understand the problem better, are you saying that sales you create do not print on slip (receipt printer)?

  If this is correct, can you tell me, what printer are you using?

  Some printers (like STAR printers) do not use standard ESC/POS protocol (this can be solved easily), and the result is that receipt is not printed correctly.

  Hi Hafiz,

  Please see article at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001616191, there you can see your stock on hand, view history, print stock report or print documents for counting stock.
