Hi Thawdabo,
Can you tell us what printer type are you using? If you are using ESC/POS printer, try switching to "POS 58" or "POS 80" depending on your paper size.
You can read more about selecting printer type here. Also, you can read more about these printer types and setting them up here.
Hope this helps.

Hi Thawdabo,
Unfortunately, I am not sure if it is font related. Font is just a way how a character is displayed, I believe you need to set your system language options in order to write some specific language, please, see the image below, it is using three different languages (it is not about the font):

Can you try something for me, please, write anything in notepad what you need to have as a product name, copy that text and paste it to Aronium product name and let me know what the result is.

Hi Nyein,
To be able to use Myanmar in print templates, it needs to use different font that has Myanmar characters. The one other users were using was "ZawgyiOne" font, very similar to Aronial or Tahoma so it fits the invoice template.
So, we will create a support ticket on behalf of you and send you invoice template with this font and instructions how to use it, that should solve the problem of unsupported language.
Thanks, Aronium team.
