cm ponerlo en dolares y colones que salga a la vez, y como hago para cobrar una parte en efectivo y la otra en tarjeta

  Unfortunately, there is no multi-currency option in Aronium and you cannot use two different currencies in receipt or invoice.

  Regarding your second question of using different payment types in the same sale, please see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/209524645-Payment#split for instructions on how to split payment types during checkout.
