No puedo hacer que salga el logo de mi empresa en mi tiket

Hi Bryan,
If you are using Windows printer, a logo added to your Company section will automatically appear in invoice and receipt.
On the other hand, if you are using Generic / Text only printer for receipt printing, please see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/9196380366866-Print-logo-on-Generic-Text-only-printer for more information about uploading a logo to your printer.
