Having additional charges would have to be printed in receipt, most likely as a separate item.
Knowing this, would it be possible for you to create a group named for example "Extras" (or similar) and put products there with their prices, and add them when needed to the bill as you would add the original item "Latte - Large"?

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the “Extras” group.
I would like to clarify that when multiple items are ordered, the extra options must be linked to the original order item.
If we create separate extra items and add them independently, they will appear as separate orders in the POS. This can cause confusion for staff, the kitchen, and during reporting.
The correct approach is:

Options (e.g., Large, Soy Milk) should be sub-items under the original product.

On the receipt, the order should appear as:
Latte – Large, Soy Milk -
This ensures clarity for staff, customers, and accurate sales and inventory reporting.

I'm a reseller of ARONIUM in the retail and hospitality sector,
This feature is basic core crucible to have,
If I might add, ARONIUM has a "COMMENTS" feature that can remain called "COMMENTS" with a charge ability to add onto order screen, like an "EXTRA" topping on pizza, However these must be tangible across all items and unique to each item If need be... As it is currently..
This can act as a "MODIFIER" in the ARONIUM world since it's an official standardized
Function missing in the point of sale...However the customers perspective of this and the kitchen staff must follow a CLEARLY BOLD OR ITALICS on the print for slip and kitchen order slip ... That itself will rule out confusion... Price can be displayed on bill but not in kitchen...
However In ADDITIONAL ABILITY TO THAT....
ARONIUM should add a new feature called "MESSAGES" that are only "typed and customized to any item specific on order"
Example :
item : TOAST - $2
Comment : Extra slice $1 (bold font)
Message. : Extra crisp (italics font)This new feature for ARONIUM can help the development team include the feature and tie it to source code easily without major changes that ripple effect...
Hope this makes sense to get this in new update awaiting to hear feedback.. hope I assisted with this feature add....
