How to get back to original screen?

Good day just want to know how to get back to the original screen. The app is asking for customer's name or order number even upon opening the app and cannot continue.

  Hi Rechelle,

  You have most likely installed Named Order plugin. Please see instructions on how to turn it off at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402022851602-Configure-named-order.

  Alternatively, if you are not using this plugin, you can uninstall it by following instructions at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413727049234-Uninstall#how-to-uninstall-a-plugin.
