  Hi Husnain,

  Unaid balance prints if there are some unpaid sales for selected customer. To understand how credit paymnets work, please visit https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001968912-Credit-payments.

  Once you have credit payments for customers in the system, you need to enable printing of the outstanding balance for receipt and invoice.

  For receipt, go to Settings > Print options > Customize receipt and enable "Print outsanding balance" as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003418212-Customize-receipt.

  For invoice (A4/A5), go to Settings > Print options > Print templates and enable "Outsanding balance" as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020199900-Print-templates.

  Once you have these options enabled for invoice and/or receipt and you have an outstanding balance for a selected customer, it will print on their reciepts and/or invoices (depending what options you have enabled).
