Hi Dear Aronium i realy need this option in our country the dual currency. I download it and installed it separately i have finished configuring the setup in print section but unfortunately when i print a receipt the second currency showing 0.00 Any help about this issue?

  Hi Marwan,

  Can you please provide some more information?

  Did you follow instructions at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/18638435054610-Configuring-dual-currency to configure the currency rate? If you did, can you share the screenshot so we can see if and try to reproduce?

  Hi Radwa,

  Price format depends on your Windows settings, so, whatever is set in Windows Regional and Language options will be used by Aronium and will be printed in receipt and invoices.
