When i ring up a ticket it shows the price with tax included but the tax included button is turned off

  Hi Shane,

  If you wish your prices are displayed and printed without tax, go to Settings > Products and disable Display and print items with tax included option, as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000719352-Products-settings. Once you disable this option, your prices will be displayed and printed without tax.

  The "Price includes tax" toggle on product details affects how you wish to enter your prices, but, effectively, it will be displayed (and printed) with or without tax based on the above mentioned settings.
