I think at the time of selling out products, it must allow you to choose your customer from the list that you have added. Also if possible add new customer at the same time.

  Thank you for your message.

  You can select your customers from the list and add new customers during payment process, by using "[F10] Payment" option. You can read how to select a customer at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/208794009-Selecting-a-customer.
