i would like to ask for a costumer profile feature where we could see the history, write general notes and see how much he has spend.

  Hi Carlos,

  I am sure this would be a great feature, and some detailed history may be added in the future. We'll leave this ticket open so other users can vote for it and post details of what may be included in such feature.

  Meantime, you can see some customer related reports in reporting section, for example, using "Invoices" (filtered by customer) or "Customers" reports.

  

  Every report can be filtered by customer, so, hopefully, this can give you some insights in customer data.
