Items Report in Detail

Is it possible that I can view a report in detail of any item ?

  Hi Hafiz,

  There is no exactly the same report you've asked for, but you can see something similar in stock history for any item.

  Stock history will display all transactions related to selected item and stock quantity movement, hopefully, this may serve the purpose.

  Also, what you can do, you can select a "Invoices" report and filter one product only, so you will see all where selected item was used.

  Thanks for this but its missing some invoices even when I chose this YEAR filter .....

  Hi Hafiz,

  On first screenshot there are all Invoices (sales) which contains filtered product while on second screenshot you are referring to Purchase document which doesn't belong to REPORTS / INVOICES.

  But I already select Customer & Suppliers in filter.

  If I select only Suppliers then its show me blank report.

  My main question is that how to know that old purchase prices of this item ?

  Hi Hafiz,

  Looking at the first screenshot you've posted, you have filtered products to only one

  

  Can this be the issue? Filtering sales by year should display all invoices made in selected time window, can you double check this?

  Also, what you can do, you can search documents for a time range and product filter, this way, you will be able to see all documents created for that product in a selected time window, so you will be able to see old prices you were using.
