    Hi Thomas,

    Thank you for your kind words.

    Unfortunately, this is more related to hospitality and that is not the primary Aronium's goal. As you may already know, we are focused on retail and F&B mostly. From our previous experience, working with hotels or any kind of hospitality brings much more complexity, and I am sure you are aware of this.

    Having a check in/out dates requires additional data in database and a way of easy input, and this requires application modifications that are currently not planned.

    The only way we can see it working is using existing dates as a check in/out dates, for example, create date as a check in and due date as check out, but this would workaround would require invoice modification from management before it is printed, and I am not sure this would work for you. Anyway, if this works for you, we would be glad to provide a custom invoice template for you that prints out check in / out instead of date and due date.

    Hi,

    Yes this sounds Ideal for me, but I am based in Angola so the translation would have to be in Portuguese on the portuguese template. (and check in check out is universal)

    Additionally to the portuguese template there are fields still in English, as follows;.

    Bank acc. number > Conta Bancária
    Bank details > Dados Bancários

    Final question, is there anyway the customer button could be where the sash button is (as a path) and I could give the receptionist the security level to edit customers. That would save a lot of time to go into management and change due dates.

    We're glad to hear that this will work for you! We'll be glad to customize invoice template that will fit your needs.

    We are going to create a support ticket on behalf of you, customize the template to show check in / out and send you instructions how to replace default one.

    Regarding your question about customers, it is not possible to edit customers from sales screen at this moment. What you can do from main sales screen is select a customer during payment or change customer from sales history.

    However, you will need to give permission to receptionist to modify documents (sales) as that is where dates are.
