    Thanks for details, much appreciated.

    There is a ticket filed for developers already to investigate this issue. Unfortunately, the problem with this kind of issues is it requires a lot of time to find out where the problem is. 

    We will investigate this for sure, but we cannot promise when this will be fixed. So, in order to try and speed up the investigation, can you please provide some more details, as you are obviously on top of it already?

    • Can you please tell us how many (approximately) sales you do before the slow down happens?
    • Can you tell us are you doing any other operations during this period, like managing documents or stock in "Management" section?
    • What printer type are you using, is it "ESC/POS" or "POS 58/80" (may not be so relevant, but we just want to make sure that the problem may not be there)

    im having the same problem works fine in 1 till but not the other tills both have different printers pos 58 and pos 80
