Hi,

I try to reset the database . It deletes the Tax Rate data also . Is it correct?

  I think it will delete products sales and stocks only.

  No, I tested . It's deleting Tax codes created also

  Hi everyome,

  We have updated Reset database article on help center, specifying what is deleted with each option, as below:

  • Products
    Deletes products, open orders, promotions and taxes
  • Customers
    Deletes all customers and suppliers
  • Documents
    Deletes all documents and transactions (sales, purchases, inventory counts, ...) and, if products are not deleted, reset stock quantities to zero

  We experienced hickups on last month closing and opening. All documents and transactions (sales, purchases, inventory counts, ...) are deleted. On updating the aronuim we could find previous months documents. Please advise how to retrieve the lost/deleted documents.
