    Hi Shantanu,

Can you tell us what barcode are you referring to? Are you trying to print barcode on a receipt? If you do, what printer type are you using?

If you are referring to a receipt's barcode and you are using ESC/POS, it may happen that your printer is not capable of printing barcodes, but if you use "POS 58/80" it will print the barcode, as it prints documents by using different methods. Did you tried using "POS 58/80" printer type?

    Thanks, Aronium team.

Please share some more details so we can tell what the problem is.

When you say "items are not printing correctly", can you please specify what is printed incorrectly? Can you share a photo of items not being printed correctly so we can see it?

    Thanks, Aronium team.

As you can see below Upper part of the item name is being cut is there any way where I can reduce the gap between the price of the product and item name?

Please try to adjust the label size and the gap (empty space) between rows, by using "Row spacing" values, as it seems that may be the problem. Also, make sure you have correct paper size and label size set.

Additionally, you can try changing the font size for product name and for price, along with barcode height, there are plenty of options available for you to adjust the label, and hopefully, some of them will work for you.

Please read more about what each option is used for at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002593772-Print-product-price-tags.

    Thanks, Aronium team.
