Other Language unit show error
In the networking version, if you put the product information input unit in another language ??? Showing Please fix that ...

Hi Than,
Both Aronium Standalone and Networking version supports any language, as we have many users using it in Arabic, Hebrew or Cyrillic without any issues.
Can you please tell us where do you see "???" instead of characters, in the application or in the receipt?
Here are some hints.
Question mark in the application
If you are seeing question mark characters in the application, it may happen if you have imported CSV file that was not UTF-8 encoded, so the actual product names were exported like this. This is not Aronium related, your CSV must be exported correctly.
You can refer to this article for some more info https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/5736580211858-Arabic-word-items-and-Tax-application.Question mark in printed receipt
If you are using ESC/POS printer with non-English alphabet it won't work. You need to use Windows printer, as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003406071-Setting-up-Windows-printer. Once you have this set up, it should print any character as expected.
Thanks, Aronium team
