Aronium's Vanuatu Vsms Plugin allows users in Vanuatu to submit their invoices electronically to VSMS (Vanuatu Sales Monitoring System) for fiscalization. Please download the plugin here, and start using it.
Aronium VSMS Plugin can connect directly to V-SDC and submit your invoices to VSMS. E-SDC setup is also supported, but it requires external third-party E-SDC software and hardware components.
Glossary
VSMS - Vanuatu Sales Monitoring System - Sales monitoring system used to record and report sales information to the relevant authorities.
TaxCore - A digital fiscalization platform used by tax authorities to process, verify, and monitor fiscal invoices and sales transaction data. Aronium VSMS plugin is thus based on TaxCore APIs and thus TaxCore is often used interchangeably with the Vsms Plugin; and Aronium's UI also often refers to it.
SDC - Sales Data Controller - A fiscalization component within TaxCore system that processes, validates, and controls sales transaction data before it is submitted to the tax authority platform.
E-SDC - External SDC - A local fiscalization setup that uses external components, such as third-party E-SDC software, hardware, and/or a smart card reader. Aronium integrates with this setup seamlessly, but E-SDC components are not provided by Aronium.
V-SDC - Virtual-SDC - An online Sales Data Controller used to fiscalize invoices through the tax authority’s system. Aronium connects directly to V-SDC to submit invoices and receive fiscal invoice data.
QR code - Quick Response code. A two-dimensional barcode printed on an invoice or receipt that can be scanned to access or verify transaction information.
SDC Journal - This is TaxCore's receipt including all the text and QR code. Aronium VSMS plugin uses this data to print receipts.
