Usage
Once you setup VSMS plugin, every sale will be sent to tax authorities.
All invoices approved and stamped by TaxCore and returned to Aronium are saved into your database as sealed envelopes, and cannot be further altered. Additionally, the journal returned by Taxcore is used to print the receipt.
Regular Invoice
After sale, one can go to Main menu / View sales history:
Under #1 in the column “E-Invoice #” users can see the signed Invoice Number that has been used with tax authority. This is confirmation that the invoice was signed.
Documents that are not signed
So if“E-Invoice #” field is empty (#1 in below image) that means your receipt was not received by tax authority and you must resend it. In that case, you will not have a QR code on your receipt. When this happens, you need to fix the issue as soon as possible.
You can re-submit the invoice for submission by clicking #2 Receipt button. This will also print a new receipt.
Prohibited Functions
The Aronium POS system, when integrated with TaxCore, enforces the following restrictions to ensure compliance with fiscal regulations:
- Invoice issuance without SDC connection is not possible
The POS system requires an active connection to the SDC (Virtual-SDC or External-SDC). If the connection is unavailable, invoice issuance is blocked. - Invoice response data from SDC cannot be altered or omitted
All data returned by the SDC (including fiscal identifiers, timestamps, and verification elements) is stored and used without modification. The response is preserved as a sealed record and cannot be edited by the user or the system. - Sales cannot be registered without issuing a fiscal invoice
Every completed sale transaction in Aronium results in the creation and submission of a fiscal invoice to the SDC. It is not possible to record a sale without generating a corresponding fiscal invoice. - Fiscal invoice header data cannot be altered or incomplete
The fiscal invoice header, including issuer identification and all mandatory fields returned by the SDC, is printed and stored exactly as received. No data may be omitted or modified.
