Phase 2
The information below is only relevant to users of the Fatoora Phase 2 plugin.
When you set up Fatoora Phase 2, you must confirm that the QR code can be scanned using the official ZATCA mobile app on the receipts and invoices you use.
If the QR code cannot be scanned, follow these steps:

Make sure the complete QR code is visible. If you have already configured large printer margins, you may need to reduce or remove them. Check that no part of the QR code is cut off. On the printed receipt, your QR code should look similar to this:

Increase (or adjust) the size of QR code. You can change the QR code size using the Size setting shown below (#3):

Try disabling barcode printing. In some cases, printing the product barcode can interfere with the QR code. You can disable barcode printing using the option shown below (#4):
If you still cannot scan the QR code from your printed receipt or invoice, please contact us at support@aronium.com. When contacting support, please include:
- A picture of the printed receipt or invoice
- The name of the mobile app you are using to scan the QR code
- A description or screenshot of the result or error you are getting.
