You can add a set of void reasons so users can use them to specify the reason for voiding an item.
If you wish void reason to be entered every time users are voiding an item, you can enable this option in Settings > Order and payment section.
Adding new void reason
To add a void reason, go to Management > My Company and select Void reasons tab. From there, you can simply 1) enter the void reason, 2) click Add void reason button to add it to the list and 3) click Save button to save new void items.
You can also reorganize the order in which void items appear by simply drag & drop items in the list to sort them the way you wish.
Deleting a void reason
If you wish to delete a void reason, simply select the one you wish to delete and click Delete button. Once you are done deleting void reasons you do not wish to see anymore, click Save button to confirm the changes.
