    Hi Glenroy,

Just for the reference, instructions can be found https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/208663329-Barcode-settings. I believe you read them already, but let's try to find out what is missing.

First question is, how do you generate barcodes? If you are using weighing scale, then you should be able to follow the instructions and match the barcode generated from your scale.

For example, barcode "2086432001509" (Onions for $1.50) should be read correctly with the following settings:

    • Prefix: 20
    • Number of digits for product code: 5 (your example is 86432)
    • Number of decimal places: 2 (so you get $1.5 from "00150")

If we break down your barcode 2086432001509 with above settings, this is what we will get:

    • 20 - Prefix
    • 86432 - Product code - assuming this is your onions product code)
    • 00150 - Price with 2 decimal places - $1.50
    • 9 - Control code

Depending on your product codes, you may want to enable "Trim zeros" option, if some of your product codes is less than 5 digits.

Also, make sure you set your search type to "barcode" as described at https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/208766849-Workspace#search-type.

Hope this helps. If you still have issues with barcodes, please let us know.

    Thanks, Aronium team.
