  Hi Aronium & John,

  Thank you for your support.

  After reviving both of your guidelines, so we can run the Byu 2 get one free promotion on a certain time period, it's mean if I active the promotion today, customers who visit today there all will get that offer, that's not what we need.

  I need to run the Promotion by Customers, Ex: We have 2 types of Customers, Privilege Custome & Regular Customer, if we activate the offer the Privilege Custome can enjoy the offer the same time, Regular Customer not to enjoy the offer

  I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but you can set a predefined discounts to a specific customers( loyal customers ).
