To make quotation and create proforma invoice do the following:
- Open document view
- Click "Add" button to select a document type you wish to create
- From "Sales" category, select "230 - Proforma" and click "OK"
New document form will open in a new tab, allowing you to add items to a document.
Adding items to document
Adding items to document is same procedure as on a purchase document, and you can find more information at the "Purchase document" page.
Converting proforma to invoice
If you wish to convert an existing proforma to invoice, find proforma you wish to convert in Documents section and open it for editing. From there, locate a Convert to invoice button and select it. New invoice form continaing all items from this proforma will be created for you.
