How do I add products to the stock?

OK, you have a product, you have created a sale and you can print a receipt. But you will need to keep your stock and inventory up to date. To add some quantities to the stock, you need to create a purchase document. Learn how to add stock quantity.

How do I change the number of decimal places?

Decimal places in receipts

For receipts, you can change number of decimal places in Settings > Print > Customize receipt, as described here.

Decimal places in A4 invoice

The number of decimal places shown on A4 invoices is taken from your Windows regional settings.

To change it:

1. Open Control Panel in Windows.
2. Go to Region.
3. Click Additional settings.
4. Open the Numbers tab and set No. of digits after decimal to the required value.
5. Open the Currency tab and set No. of digits after decimal to the same value.
6. Save the changes and restart Aronium.

For example, if you want prices and amounts to show three decimal places, set No. of digits after decimal to 3 in both Numbers and Currency.

We recommend changing both settings, as different values on the invoice may use either the number or currency format.
