Buying a license using credit card
Payments are processed via Stripe
All credit card payments are processed via Stripe. No credit cards information is saved on our website.
To purchase a license, sign in to My Aronium portal, select the store for which you plan to purchase a license, and click the Buy license button. Once you click the button, follow the steps outlined below.
If you have purchased a license previously, you will see a Manage subscription option instead. Click the Manage subscription button to start the purchase process.
Buying a license via credit card is completed in 5 easy steps, and takes only couple of minutes.
Step 1: Payment type
In payment type selection, select Credit card and click the Next button.
Step 2: Subscription period
There are two options available when selecting subscription period:
- Monthly
- Annual
Once you select your preferred subscription period, you will see relevant details regarding your expiration and renewal process.
Different subscription periods
Please note that some products may have annual subscription only.
On this screen, you can choose if subscription should be automatically renewed using Activate automatic license renewal option. If selected, it will create an automated subscription that will trigger payments on selected period, until canceled.
Selecting Activate automatic license renewal will display recurring payment info.
Recurring subscription off
If this option is not selected, there will be no automatic recurring payments and you will have to repeat this process to renew your license once it expires.
Once you have selected preferred subscription period, click Next to move to next step.
Step 3: Terms of use
Read our Terms of use carefully. Confirm you have read terms by selecting "I Accept" checkbox and click "Next" to move to the next step.
Step 4: Review product details
Here you can review and check your previous selection. You can see what payment type and period you have selected and how you will be charged.
Also, you can see how much time you have left in your trial period, if any, and when subscription will start.
End trial (optional)
During the checkout, you can choose to end the trial immediately by selecting End trial and bill me immediately.
If this option is selected, the following will apply:
- The trial is skipped
- The subscription starts immediately
- You are charged right away
This option is recommended if the trial for this product has already been used up on your computer. For more information, see Blocked subscriptions. In some cases, ending the trial is not available and the option cannot be selected.
Once you have reviewed selection and chosen if you want to end trial, click Buy using credit card button.
Step 5: Complete payment on Stripe's checkout page
When you click Buy using credit card button, you will be redirected to Stripe checkout page to complete subscription process.
Once there, fill in all required fields and follow on-screen instructions to complete the payment. On the left side, you will see product details you are purchasing. If you have selected monthly license, you will be able to choose how many months you wish to purchase the license for using Qty option. On the right side, you will see the fields to fill in your credit card and company details, if applicable.
- Enter your valid email
- Enter your credit card and expiration date, along with CVC code
- Enter your full name, as written on the card
- Select your country from which you are making a purchase
- If you are purchasing as a business, check "I'm purchasing as a business" option
- If you are purchasing as a business, enter your business name, VAT country code and VAT number, if applicable
When you finish payment, you will be redirected back to Aronium website where you can see subscription details and download your license.
Time required to process your payment
Please allow up to 10 minutes before you attempt to download license. This time is required for Stripe to process payment and inform us of successful charge.
Update payment method
In case of expired credit card, failed payments or if you wish to change payment method used for your subscription for any other reason, sign in to My Aronium portal, select the store and locate the subscription for which you wish to change the payment method. Once you located the subscription you wish to update, select Manage subscription to access subscription details.
Your screen will look similar to the one below.
On this page, click Update payment method button or Billing ID link. It will take you directly to the Stripe's subscription management page, where you can update your payment method or add a new credit card.
Important note!
All credit card informations are entered and stored on Stripe managed systems. We do not store your credit card details.
