If you are connected to internet
If you are connected to internet and signed in, your license will be updated automatically. Aronium will check for license status periodically and ensure license on your computer is up to date.
To make sure you are signed in to your Aronium account, go to Settings > License and click "Sign in" button. Follow on screen instructions in the dialog that opens to sign in to your account and select the store you wish to load license for.
Once you sign in to your account, your license will be downloaded automatically.
Fix download license errorsIf you are seeing a message "Error occurred while executing web request" when signing in to your Aronium account, renewing the license or running the automatic update, please see https://help.aronium.com/hc/en-us/articles/16132244562706 for more details and instructions on how to fix it.
If you are not connected to internet
In case computers running Aronium where license is required are not connected to internet, you can replace license manually anytime, by following the steps below.
Step 1: Login to My Aronium
Go to my.aronium.com and login with your email and password.
Step 2: Download a license for your store
Go to store details page and click "Download" button
A dialog window will open asking you to provide an activation key to download the license.
You can find more info and instructions how to find your activation key here. Also, you will need to select compatible license for your Aronium version.
How do I know what license version should I use?
By default, current license version will be selected. This means that if you are using the latest Aronium version, you can leave the default selection "V2 (Compatible with Aronium versions 1.41+)".
Otherwise, if you are using Aronium version older than 1.41, make sure to select "V1 (Compatible with Aronium versions before 1.41)", as in the screenshot below.
Save license on your PC and copy it to computer where license needs to be replaced using USB flash drive or other similar methods.
How do I know what is my Aronium version?
You can see Aronium version if you go to Settings > About.
If you don't have Aronium installed, an installer will show the version in window title, as in the screenshot below.
Step 3: Use the license on your computer
Open Aronium and go to "Settings > License". Click "Load license from file" and select previously copied license.
Once you select your license, you will see the subscriptions as in the screenshot above.
My screen is different. What should I do?
In case you didn't have a license loaded before, you will see a different screen with the option to load license from file, too.
From this screen, click "Load license from file" and select previously downloaded license file, as described above.
