Companies that need to purchase Aronium licenses by bank wire transfer can request a proforma invoice by email. Wire transfers are handled manually and are intended for business-to-business (B2B) purchases.
We recommend paying by credit card or PayPal
Credit card and PayPal payments are faster and easier to process. If you do not specifically need a bank transfer, please purchase your license directly through My Aronium.

Before requesting a bank transfer
Please review these conditions before sending your request:
- B2B purchases only: Wire transfer is intended for companies purchasing business licenses.
- Annual subscriptions only: Only 12-month subscriptions can be purchased by wire transfer. Monthly subscriptions are not available.
- Plugin restrictions: Not all plugins are available for purchase by wire transfer. We will confirm availability when reviewing your request.
- Manual processing: A proforma invoice and payment instructions must be prepared before you can send a transfer.
- Payment confirmation: We can activate your license and issue the final invoice only after the full payment reaches our bank account.
Bank transfers can take 7 business days or longer
Depending on the banks and countries involved, it can take up to 7 business days or longer for your payment to appear in our bank account. Please plan ahead, especially if your existing license is about to expire. We cannot activate a license based only on a payment confirmation or transfer receipt.
Important: You must pay ALL bank transfer fees
All bank charges are the sender's (customer's) responsibility. This includes fees charged by your bank, intermediary banks, and any other banks involved in the transfer.
We must receive the FULL amount shown on the proforma invoice, with no deductions for bank fees. For example, if your proforma invoice is for USD 100, the full USD 100 must reach our bank account. You must pay any transfer charges in addition to that amount.
When arranging the transfer, select the OUR fee option, if your bank provides it, and confirm with your bank that the recipient will receive the full invoiced amount. If bank fees reduce the amount we receive, you must pay the outstanding balance before we can activate your license.
How to request a proforma invoice
If you have read the conditions above and specifically wish to pay by bank transfer, send an email to sales@aronium.com with the subject Bank Transfer - Proforma Invoice Request.
Include the following information:
- Aronium account: The email address associated with your My Aronium account.
- Store or license number: The store or license number for the license you wish to purchase or renew.
- Requested license or plugin: Specify the Aronium license and any plugins you want to purchase.
- Company billing details: Your registered company name, full billing address, country, and VAT or tax identification number (if applicable).
Please check that your company details are correct. We will prepare the proforma invoice in the currency specified by Aronium.
Where can I find my store or license number?
Sign in to My Aronium, open the store for which you want to purchase or renew a license, and copy any store or license number shown on the store details page. Either number helps us identify the correct account and license.
What happens after I send my request?
- Review: We check the requested licenses and plugins for wire-transfer availability.
- Proforma invoice: If the request can be processed, we email you a proforma invoice with our bank details and payment instructions, within a maximum of 3 business days after receiving your request.
- Bank transfer: You arrange the payment and cover all applicable bank fees so that we receive the full invoiced amount.
- Activation and final invoice: Once the full payment has reached our bank account, we process the license and issue the final invoice.
Need your license sooner? Purchase through My Aronium using a credit card or PayPal instead. These payment methods avoid manual proforma processing and bank-transfer delays.
